 Hokuto here is a doctor at bt'x and her obsession/object of love. Sorry took so long >.< I was lazying around.. hehehehe.. And shirei, sorry he turn out kinda look like a girl.. About the stars in the bg... erm I know only a little about the name 'hokuto' n 'subaru' except it is stars that represent twins. (reference from subaru n hokuto from tokyo babylon, my fave XD their eyes are also green!) I didn't know btx 'hokuto' also have brother 'subaru' too! O_O I'll read the manga someday..
